We’re starting the next chapter of Studio 70 in Tornagrain, Inverness — and we’re looking for two permanent team members to help us build it with care.
We’re hiring a full-time Site Leader and a part-time Reformer Teacher: people who lead with warmth, hold high standards, and genuinely care about the experience our members have from the moment they arrive.

Full-time Site Leader — Studio 70 North (Tornagrain)
We’re opening Studio 70 North in Tornagrain and we’re looking for a warm, organised and confident Site Leader to help run the studio day-to-day and deliver an outstanding member experience. This is a hands-on, on-site role combining teaching with paid studio coordination — with clear support and escalation to the wider Studio 70 team.

Includes a teaching component (approx. 10 classes per week)

What you’ll do
Studio operations (paid admin time built in)
Open/close and oversee smooth studio running across the week.
Keep the studio clean, welcoming and presentation-ready to brand standard.
Monitor equipment condition and flag/coordinate repairs and maintenance.
Manage deliveries and keep on top of on-site stock (retail, refreshments, consumables) within agreed budgets.
Maintain the weekly rota: cover requests, swaps, holidays and absence.
Complete a weekly walkthrough to spot issues and improvements, escalating anything urgent.
Team support & teaching standards
Help maintain consistent class standards and a great on-brand experience.
Welcome and onboard new starters and cover teachers into Studio 70 ways of working.
Support cover planning and help keep a reliable pool of relief teachers.
Share feedback and coaching in a supportive, practical way (with guidance from the wider team).
Teaching delivery
Teach around 10 Reformer classes per week with safe set-up, clear cueing and a consistently high-quality class experience.
Deliver classes aligned with Studio 70 values, safety expectations and member-first approach.
Member experience
Be the point of contact for members on site — especially new members.
Handle questions and complaints calmly and professionally.
Keep an eye on feedback, attendance patterns and early signs of churn, taking action as needed.
Commercial & community (supported by the wider team)
Track simple site-level numbers and share updates with leadership.
Support local marketing, partnerships and community-building activity.
Support social media content creation on site (e.g., capturing short clips/photos, sharing studio moments, supporting content days).
Share ideas for growth (e.g., workshops, partnerships, retail, treatment-room utilisation where applicable).
Health, safety & compliance
Own day-to-day health & safety at the site and maintain incident logs.
Support GDPR-aligned handling of member data.
What we’re looking for
Essential
Experience leading a small team in a customer-facing/service environment.
Strong organisation and operational judgement — calm, reliable and solutions-focused.
Confident communicator with a warm, member-first approach.
A teaching qualification in Pilates, Yoga or Personal Training.
Commitment to high professional standards and inclusive, welcoming spaces.
Nice to have
Reformer Pilates qualification (we can support training for the right person).
Experience opening a new site or building a new team.
First Aid / AED / Mental Health First Aid.
Familiarity with booking systems (e.g. Momence, Mindbody).

Reformer Pilates Instructor (Part-time)
We’re building a brilliant team of instructors for Studio 70 North. If you’re an experienced teacher (or coming from mat Pilates/yoga/barre/strength with strong anatomy and coaching skills) and you care deeply about people feeling safe and seen in class, we’d love to hear from you.

Working pattern
Part-time with a commitment to a regular weekly timetable
Employed role - 20 hours a week (Teaching approx 10 classes per week across 5 days)
Permanent (with probation period)
Salary £26,000 pro rata

What you’ll do
Deliver standout classes
Teach a regular timetable of group Reformer classes to Studio 70 standards.
Cue clearly, observe attentively and adapt for different bodies and needs.
Manage springs and equipment safely and confidently.
Hold time, energy and the overall class experience.
Member care
Greet members and build genuine connection.
Remember key context (injuries, preferences, pregnancy, return from breaks) and offer appropriate options.
Studio responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and equipment condition during shifts.
Support handovers and opening/closing when on rota.
Support the Site Leader with general studio tasks when needed to keep the day running smoothly.
Where needed, support simple social content capture on site (e.g., short clips/photos) in a member-first, consent-led way.
Professional development
Keep qualifications current and engage with ongoing CPD.
Participate in observation, feedback and in-house training opportunities.
What we’re looking for
Essential
Experience in mat Pilates, yoga, barre or strength-based modalities (and/or Reformer teaching experience).
Strong anatomical knowledge and a safety-first approach.
Warm, confident presence and clear communication.
First aid certification (or willingness to obtain during probation).
Nice to have
Reformer Pilates accreditation (Studio 70 can support training for the right person).
Experience teaching pre/post-natal, injury rehab or peri-menopause-aligned classes.
Mental Health First Aid.
