300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Designed for teachers who want to continue learning and growing beyond their initial 200-hour qualification, this program integrates traditional yoga teachings with practical, embodied exploration.

Key Areas of Study

A Journey of Integration

Throughout the training, these subjects will not be studied in isolation. Instead, you will explore how asana, Ayurveda, breath, meditation, philosophy and deep rest can come together as one integrated practice.

There will be an emphasis on experiencing the teachings for yourself – developing greater self-awareness and learning through embodied practice as well as intellectual study.

You will also have opportunities to refine your teaching skills, explore sequencing and class design, develop your voice as a teacher, and consider how to create meaningful practices that meet students where they are.

This is a training for teachers who are curious, committed and sincere in their desire to be of service to others.
